Is it possible to logout of itunes

I really need to get iTunes on my computer with the right apple ID. In there use down arrow to you hear sign out. Go there. Now when you use alt, you need to press a letter, v or h, or f I am not sure what letter for signing out but if you use arrow after alt v you get to sign out which is before help.
